WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme, hosted by Sam at Taking On a World of Words.
Visit her blog to take a look, and get involved too if you can, even if you don’t have a blog yourself – as she says, you can leave your answers in the post comments. I’d love to see your answers too!
The three W’s are:
-
- What have you finished reading?
- What are you currently reading?
- What will you read next?
What have you finished reading?
Again, not a great week for reading but this time because I had a few novels in a row that I just couldn’t get into! I rarely DNF books but I have done with a few this week, which is a shame – but I always feel there’s too little time and too many books to bother carry on reading something you’re not enjoying!
Shattered – Allison Brennan [review to follow soon]
The Frozen Woman – Jon Michelet [DNF]
Gifts For Our Time – Anna Jacobs [DNF]
Natural Feasts – Ella Woodward [review to follow soon]
What are you currently reading?
The Death Of Her – Debbie Howells
What will you read next?
I’m really not sure – this week I think that, once I’ve finished The Death Of Her, I might just pick a book I really fancy reading regardless of review dates for once! Or saying that, my towering TBR list might (as usual) intimidate me into picking one from there… we’ll see!
A few choices include:
The House at the Edge of the Night – Catherine Banner
Best Day Ever – Kaira Rouda
Before This Is Over – Amanda Hickie
What have you been reading recently? Any exciting books you’re looking forward to reading next?
I’m getting even fussier with my reading and feel the same about not having enough time to read them all!
There’s just too many great books to read crap ones! 🙂
Absolutely!

I quite fancy the Debbie Howells book, though I still – after all this time – decide if I liked The Bones of You.
I am enjoying it so far, really enjoyed The Bones Of You though so you might not… hoping to finish it tonight! 🙂

The Death of Her sounds fab! happy reading!
It’s really good so far, am so close to finishing and would definitely recommend unless the ending ruins it haha!

I’ve just finished Allison Pearson – How hard can it be, I was really surprised how much I enjoyed this, hoping she writes more soon. Now I’m reading 99 Balloons by Elizabeth Carpenter which I’m really enjoying and cannot believe its a debut! Next will be Tracy Bloom – No-one has sex on Christmas Day. I cannot wait for this, I love Tracy’s books. Highly recommend them if you haven’t tried them?
You have to just go with what you feel like reading, Are the choices of ones to next from your own TBR or review? Hope your reading is better this week.
I haven’t tried Tracy Bloom actually but heard great things so need to give some of her novels a go soon! Hope you enjoy ???? they’re all to review, I Can’t remember the last time I read a book that wasn’t from my ‘To review’ list! It’s my own fault for keeping requesting / accepting review copies though so can’t complain ???? thanks so much for the comments and hope you have a great reading week!
