  1. A lot of these look like they’d keep me up at night! I’m not good with thrillers for the most part. Good luck. Happy reading and thanks for participating in WWW Wednesday!

  3. Looks as if you’re on a thriller kick!
I don’t do the WWW on my blog, but I do have answers!
What did I just read? Gray Wolf Island. I DNF’d it pretty early, though. I think it’s probably pretty good, but just wasn’t getting into it.
What am I reading? Lord of the Flies. I read it every year as the beach with my family. It’s one of my favorite books.
What’s my next read? Next novel? Not sure. I like to be pretty impulsive with my next novel read. But I think I’ll be reading “The Storm before the Storm” very soon, as well as “What Color is your Parachute?”.

    • Great answers – thank you! I have got better myself at DNFing books I don’t like, even if I’ve got them for review – if you’re not getting into it there are too many other amazing books out there to read instead! Shame Gray Wolf Island didn’t impress – but I just looked up The Storm before the Storm and it looks so interesting, adding to my TBR list! ????

  5. Doesn’t it, though? Definitely looking forward to it.
Yes, I’m glad to have this mindset shift of DNFing books. I don’t really even get books for review; my hangup was just feeling like I was being a quitter. But I’ve started to realize that quitting on a book isn’t quitting on reading, so it’s okay!
And Gray Wolf Island is probably great. I just struggle with first-person present-tense narrators is all. Just not my style.
