WWW Wednesday [4 November 2015]

WWW WednesdaysWWW Wednesday is a weekly meme, hosted by Sam at Taking On a World of Words.
Visit her blog to take a look, and get involved too if you can, even if you don’t have a blog yourself- as she says, you can leave your answers in the post comments!
I will try and do these as often as possible, though not sure I’ll be able to get a post out every Wednesday as things are a bit crazy at the moment…
Anyway, the three W’s are:

  1. What have you finished reading?
  2. What are you currently reading?
  3. What will you read next?

This One Is Mine by Maria SempleI Let You Go by Clare MackintoshWhat have you finished reading?
This week I finishedΒ This One Is Mine by Maria Semple. I won an ARC of this novel in a Goodreads giveaway ages ago but hadn’t got around to reading it until now. I didn’t think it was amazing but it was quite entertaining in parts – read my review here.
I also finished I Let You Go by Clare Mackintosh which I loved! I’m pretty late to this bandwagon but I see what all the fuss was about- it is a really well written and enjoyable psychological thriller.
A Home For Broken Hearts by Rowan ColemanWhat are you currently reading?
A Home For Broken Hearts by Rowan Coleman. This is an advance copy from Netgalley and it looks really interesting- I’ve only just started it though so can’t really make any proper judgements yet. I think it’s been released before under the name ‘A Happy Home For Broken Hearts‘, by the looks of it, and has had mixed reviews so I’ll see how I get on with it!

What will you read next?

Career of Evil by Robert GalbraithThe Mine by John A HeldtCareer of EvilΒ by Robert Galbraith- I LOVE the Cormoran Strike series and am so excited about reading the newest release. I really hope it lives up to the previous two, which I’ve reviewed together here. (They were worthy of two seperate reviews really, but I wanted to speak about both books and how they compared to each other as well as just individually!)
The Mine by John A Heldt – I’ve had this on my ‘To Read’ pile for ages after the author kindly sent me a copy to review so hopefully I’ll get around to it soon! Looks like a great indie about time travel and I’m looking forward to starting it!

What have you been reading recently? Any exciting books you’re looking forward to reading next?

If you do your own version of this tag please let me know in the comments below, I’d love to read your answers too!
