WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme, hosted by Sam at Taking On a World of Words.
Visit her blog to take a look, and get involved too if you can, even if you don’t have a blog yourself – as she says, you can leave your answers in the post comments – and I’d love to see your answers too!
It’s been a little while since I’ve last posted a WWW post… that’s an understatement actually – I haven’t posted one since 13 July! I looked back at the last one and couldn’t believe it! So I’ll pick a selection of books I’ve finished reading instead of listing every single one!
The three W’s are:
- What have you finished reading?
- What are you currently reading?
- What will you read next?
What have you finished reading?
The Empathy Problem – Gavin Extence
The Perfect Girl –Β Gilly MacMillan
Death at the Seaside – Frances Brody
101 One-Dish Dinners – Andrea Chesman
A Boy Made Of Blocks – Keith Stuart
Magpie Murders – Anthony Horowitz
What are you currently reading?
Dark Water – Robert Bryndza (almost finished this and LOVING it – though I knew I proboably would enjoy it as I love the rest of the series)
What will you read next?
Between Sisters – Cathy Kelly
The Muse – Jessie Burton
What have you been reading recently? Any exciting books you’re looking forward to reading next?
If you do your own version of this tag please let me know in the comments below, I’d love to read your answers too!
Why not add me as a friend on Goodreads!
Some great titles there. I’ve just finished Holding by Graham Norton, currently reading The Mountain in my Shoe by Louise Beech and next will be Beneath the Ashes by Jane Isaac.
Ahh I’ve been recommended Holding by a few people, it’s on my list to find in the library or ask for Christmas! Thanks for your comment π
I like the sound of Magpie Murders π I’ve read Horowitz’s 2 Sherlock Holmes stories, and he can certainly write a good mystery. I’m going to look out for this at the library.

He certainly does! I think it’s well worth a read π Thanks for sharing, will check yours out! π
I love the sound of A Boy Made of Blocks – that’s definitely going on my wishlist. I had mixed feelings about The Muse – so much so I haven’t written a review even months after reading it! I’m looking forward to hearing what you think.
Thanks for visiting my www earlier: https://ahouseofbooks.wordpress.com/2016/10/19/this-week-in-books-19-october-2016/
Interesting to hear about The Muse- I’ve had it on my list to read for a while but I’ve heard mixed things too which kind of put me off reading it – figured I’ve got to give it a go soon though!
A boy made of blocks was really good, I enjoyed it! thanks for sharing yours π
I hope you like The Muse!
I’ve had the Erika Foster series on my TBR list for a while – sounds like it’s time to bump it up!
It’s definitely a great series in my opinion, really enjoyed all 3 books so far – hoping number 4, whenever it comes out, is just as good too!
What a great week! Keep it up! π
Thanks so much! ????
I’ve read one of Frances Brody’s Kate Shackleton mysteries and really enjoyed the simplicity of it. I haven’t managed to read any more even though I do have one on my book shelf!
Yes it’s definitely a simple easy read compared to some of the really gritty crime around at the moment (which to be fair I do love but it’s nice to have a break sometimes!) need to a read a few others by her though to see if I enjoy those too! ????
